The Market Support programme is open weekdays from 8h30 to 16h30. We’d love to chat with you and offer support and guidance in regard to getting your products into the market. However, please call and make an appointment before you come in – we often find people travelling from afar without an appointment, only to discover that the entire market support team is either out of the office, or in meetings.

If you email us, please make use of the subject line to let us know what the mail is about. We get hundreds of emails a day and it’s much easier to skim through the subject lines and respond to those that need attention first.

Although we do try as much as possible to create sales platforms, it is very important that craft producers do not rely on us 100% as their only method of getting product out into the market. It is of utmost importance that as a craft producer, you take the initiative and are proactive in marketing your product.
