COACHING AND MENTORING AT THE CCDI
Coaching and high level business mentoring is available to CCDI members. Members can apply for Coaching or Mentoring support if they have completed training in the relevant areas and had fully operational business for at least 1 year. Please contact Dammon Rice for an assessment interview.
Recommended: Understand the basics of Business (all eight areas), have finished product, a marketing plan and financial management in place.

The Coaching Relationship describes a professional relationship between a Coach and Coachee (business owner). The relationship is focused on supporting and facilitating the Coachees thinking around their business goals and objectives. It provides a space for the Coachee to work on their business and not for their business – it helps the Coachee to focus on the business of the business, stay motivated, set goals, problem solve, make decisions and hold themselves accountable.

What is Mentoring at the CCDI? A mentoring relationship describes a professional relationship between a Mentor (experienced expert) and Mentee (business owner). The relationship is focused on providing one on one support, offering advice and guidance to the Mentee in order to facilitate the Mentees business growth and achievement of goals.
